The Bursary Department is currently processing these funds to ensure that eligible students can obtain a Smart receipt. Students who have already paid their session fees and are beneficiaries of the NELFUND loan are entitled to receive a refund.

To apply for a refund, students must submit a written application through the Dean of Students to the Deputy Vice-Chancellor, Academic. The application should include their bank account details and a photocopy of the original payment receipt.

For further assistance, students can contact the Bursary Department directly. It is advised that students submit their refund applications as soon as possible to facilitate timely processing.
