Open Doors Russian Government Scholarship Program is a program by the Russian Government designed for international students who wishes to study at Russian Universities. This year introduces two new tracks: Master’s and Doctorate programs and newly introduced Bachelor’s and Postdoctoral programs. The scholarship is available for citizens of any country to study under a full scholarship at any of the specified Russian Universities for Bachelors, Masters and PhD and Post Doctoral programs. What is Open Doors Russian Government Scholarship?

The program entitled Open Doors provides international students an opportunity to study and conduct their research for free in Russia. Scholars are provided with an opportunity to attend some of the best universities in Russia where tuition, board as well as a monthly allowance is provided for the successful candidate. Eligibility Criteria:

• Admission for the foreign students regardless of their nationality.
• It is open to offer Bachelor’s, Master’s, PhD, and Postdoctoral degrees.
• Master’s or PhD or Postdoctoral applications must have a Bachelor degree
• All candidates are required to provide the required documentation.
• The new academic year starts after the March 2025.

Application Process:

• Register: Sign up for a registration on Open Doors linked platform.
• Portfolio Filling & Test: The person needs to take an entrance examination and enclose the papers, certificates, achieved awards, etc.
• Second Stage: Comparatively, after portfolio evaluation, you are transferred to the second stage that covers test/interview with the winners only.
• Final Selection: The winners are able to have tuition free education in the universities of their choice.
• If your first choices university does not provide the selected program, the application will be considered in your other choices university choices up to six.
