The university is offering scholarships for 100 Master’s programs and 50 PhD programs, open to applicants from all countries. NTU University Scholarships
All international applicants for admission to NTU can apply for the NTU Outstanding International Graduate Student Scholarship, which includes:
- Tuition waiver of up to TWD 65,000 (USD 2,167) per semester.
- Monthly stipend:
- TWD 8,000 (USD 267) for Master’s students.
- For PhD students: TWD 10,000+ (USD 333+) for those in Liberal Arts, Social Sciences, Law, and Management. TWD 15,000+ (USD 500+) for those in Science, Engineering, Medicine, Bio-Resources & Agriculture, Electrical Engineering & Computer Science, Public Health, and Life Science.

Eligibility Criteria
- Open to international students worldwide.
- A bachelor’s degree is required for Master’s programs; a Master’s degree is required for PhD programs.
- Must meet language proficiency requirements specific to the department (e.g., TOEFL iBT: 72, IELTS: 5.5, TOEIC: 785, GEPT: High-Intermediate).
- Excellent academic records are required.
Language Proficiency Exemptions
You may be exempt from submitting language proficiency certificates if:
- You are from an English-speaking country.
- Your previous degree was obtained in an English-speaking country.
- Your previous degree was conducted entirely in English.
