✅ Eligibility Criteria:
- Citizenship: Must be from one of the eligible countries listed above
- Nomination: Must be a government official officially nominated by your government
- Age: Preferably under 40
- Health: Applicants must be in good physical and mental health. Applicants with disabilities are eligible if their condition permits full participation.

- Master’s: Bachelor’s degree + ideally 2+ years of work experience
- PhD: Master’s degree + 3+ years of experience (post-KOICA Master’s preferred)
