International students are invited to apply for the KOICA Scholarship 2025, a fully funded opportunity to pursue Master’s or PhD degrees at selected universities in South Korea. Administered by the Korea International Cooperation Agency (KOICA), this prestigious program aims to train global leaders who will contribute to the socio-economic development of their home countries.

In 2025, KOICA will award 109 scholarships across various disciplines. The Master’s program lasts 17 months, while the PhD program spans 36 months. ✅ Eligibility Criteria:

• Citizenship: Must be from one of the eligible countries listed above
  
• Nomination: Must be a government official officially nominated by your government
  
• Age: Preferably under 40
  
• Health: Applicants must be in good physical and mental health. Applicants with disabilities are eligible if their condition permits full participation.
  
• Education & Experience:
  
  • Master’s: Bachelor’s degree + ideally 2+ years of work experience
    
  • PhD: Master’s degree + 3+ years of experience (post-KOICA Master’s preferred)
