Funded by the Romanian Agency for Investments and Foreign Trade (ARICE) in partnership with the Ministry of Education, this prestigious program offers 40 fully funded scholarships for international students to pursue Bachelor’s, Master’s, and Doctoral degrees at accredited Romanian state institutions.
Note: This opportunity is open to all non-EU and non-EFTA nationals. An added bonus is a free one-year Romanian language preparatory course to help students integrate and adapt linguistically and culturally.

Note: Programs in Dental Medicine, Stomatology, and Pharmacy are not eligible for funding under this scholarship.
⏳ Scholarship Duration
- Bachelor’s Degree: 3–6 years
- Master’s Degree: 1.5–2 years
- Doctorate: 3–5 years
- Postgraduate/Residency Programs: 3–6 years
✅ Eligibility Criteria
- Open to non-EU and non-EFTA nationals.
- Romanian citizens and individuals with long-term residence or protection status in Romania are not eligible.
- Applicants must not already benefit from another scholarship offered by the Romanian state.
