The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia has officially opened applications for its Fully Funded Scholarships for the 2025 academic year. These opportunities are available to international students residing outside Saudi Arabia through the Study in Saudi Arabia platform, managed by the Saudi government.

Students can apply for Undergraduate, Master’s, and PhD programs at participating public universities across the Kingdom. There is no need to apply separately to each university—simply choose your preferred institution when applying through the Study in Saudi platform. No application fee is required.
