Financial Benefits

Selection Timeline

The selection panel at CERN meets three times a year—in February, June, and October—to select approximately 80 students per session.

Eligibility Criteria

  • You must be a national of a CERN Member or Associate Member State.
  • You must have completed at least 18 months of undergraduate studies (Bachelor’s or Master’s level).
  • You need to remain registered as a full-time student during your internship at CERN.
  • A good command of English or French is required.
  • Proof of an English language test is not mandatory.
